THNP full plastic anti-corrosion abrasion resistance centrifugal pump is a new type of low-speed slurry pump carefully designed by our company for the nonferrous smelting industry. It is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene engineering plastic. It not only has excellent corrosion resistance, but also has very good wear resistance and excellent impact resistance. It has a wide range of applications, especially suitable for corrosive media with high solid content.
Product advantages
1. The pump is a splint type low-speed slurry pump designed and manufactured with reference to JB/T8688-2013 standard and combined with the process of non-metallic pump. It has the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high mechanical strength, high efficiency and energy saving;
2. The inner pressure bearing metal support framework is embedded in the pump shell and pump cover, which overcomes the shortcomings of unstable mechanical properties caused by compression deformation and cold shrinkage deformation of the whole plastic pump body;
3. The seal of the pump is improved. Through the improvement of the power seal of the structure, the service life of the seal is longer than that of the conventional power seal. It can be used under the same working condition. Api682 standard seal arrangement and flushing scheme can be configured.
