It is suitable for extracting gases and water vapor, with an suction pressure that can reach 33mar absolute pressure (98% vacuum). When the vacuum pump operates for an extended period with a suction pressure below 80mar, it should be connected to a gas erosion protection tube to protect the pump. When equipped with an atmospheric injector, the suction pressure can reach 10mar, and the injector can be directly installed on the vacuum pump. When used as a compressor, its pressure can reach up to 0.26MPa (absolute pressure).
